🕒 Order Processing

All orders are carefully reviewed, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days.


🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

United States
Orders ship via trusted carriers such as USPS or FedEx and typically arrive within 15–20 business days after processing.

International Orders
Delivery generally takes 15–30 business days, depending on your location and local courier services.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other unforeseen global delays.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
You can also check your shipment anytime on our Track Your Order page.


❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

You may request an order cancellation or address update within 24 hours of purchase.

To cancel an order, please email us with the subject line:
“CANCEL MY ORDER”

Address changes must also be submitted within 24 hours.
Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery up to two times.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package to avoid delays or returns.


💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

Please contact support@novanest.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or faulty item

We’ll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.
